What is wrong
Your structured data contains placeholder text or template code instead of real information. This happens when someone set up schema markup (code that tells Google what your content is about) but left in dummy values like "FIRSTNAME" or "TODO" or sample URLs instead of filling in actual details from your pages.
Why it costs you
Google cannot read placeholder text as genuine information. When your structured data contains these unfilled templates, Google ignores that markup entirely. This means your pages lose the chance to display enhanced results like star ratings, prices, event dates, or other rich snippets in search results—and Google may not understand your content as well as it should.
How to fix it
Find and remove all template code from your structured data. Search your pages for common placeholder patterns like "FIRSTNAME", "COMPANY_NAME", "TODO", "EXAMPLE_URL", or any other dummy text you see. Replace each one with the real value from that page. If you are using a plugin or template to generate schema markup, edit the template itself so that it pulls actual data from your site instead of leaving placeholders behind.
