Refund policy
The short version: the free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you paid and the service does not work as described, write to us within 14 days and we give the money back. You can cancel whenever you like and keep the time you have already paid for.
1. Refunds
If the service does not work as described, write to support@lalaseo.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. Tell us the email you paid with; you do not need to explain yourself at length.
The refund is paid back by the seller shown on your receipt — today that is Creem, who is the merchant of record for your purchase. It returns to the card or account you paid from. How long it takes to appear is your bank's business rather than ours, and is usually a few working days.
A refunded plan ends when the refund is made. You keep your account and everything in it, and you drop back to the free plan.
2. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the plan on the spot. The plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not take that time away from you. To cancel, or to change your card, go to creem.io/my-orders/login and sign in with the email you paid with, or write to support@lalaseo.com and we will do it for you.
Cancelling is not the same as asking for a refund. Cancelling leaves you the time you bought; a refund returns the money and ends the plan straight away. If you want the second, say so — we will not guess.
3. Renewals
Paid plans are monthly and renew on the same day each month until you cancel. We do not refund a month simply because it went unused, and we will not argue about it either: if a renewal took you by surprise, write to us within 14 days of the charge and section 1 applies.
4. If we stop offering a plan
If we discontinue a paid plan, we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for, without being asked. This is the same promise as section 8 of the terms.
5. The free plan
There is nothing to refund. It takes no card and no payment, and you can stop using it by closing the tab.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page reduces rights you have by law, including EU and UK withdrawal rights. Where the law gives you more than this page does, the law wins.
7. Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please write to us first. We would rather refund you in a day than argue with a bank for a month. A chargeback ends the plan while it is investigated, and that is a worse outcome for you than an email.
